In general, documents that leave the country for presentation abroad need to be duly legalized or apostilled. The Hague Apostille is the legalization of a Brazilian document that will be requested in other countries, such as the United States, Canada, England, Australia, the rest of Europe or other countries of the world. It is a part of a deal made by the countries affiliated with the Hague Convention with the objective to facilitate use of documentation among them.
It is about diplomatic pacts that facilitate the development of all countries. The Apostille is a stamp placed by a notary in the document to be presented in other countries.
